One of my proudest achievements was leading the launch of Speed Drifters in Thailand soon after graduating from the programme. I was grateful to be trusted to be the Producer despite limited past games operations experience and none for product launch. With a lot of sweat, blood and tears, we were able to launch the game smoothly and the game became a big hit within the first week.

With the opportunities that Garena provides, I have worked on multiple projects which strengthen my skill set. I worked on creating a game's marketing plan for penetrating the EU market to increase the player base. I managed the game's monetization system to boost revenue. And currently, I am the Game Producer who sets the direction and strategy for the team. It's an awesome journey with good friends and great opportunities!
